AquaFutures is AquaFunded's futures program. It sells Standard and Daily evaluations and an Instant account with no evaluation, all with a soft daily loss limit and an end-of-day drawdown. Overview: Standard, Daily and Instant
Standard needs $3,000 on 50K with a $2,000 end-of-day trailing drawdown, a $1,000 soft daily loss and 4 minis or 40 micros. There is no minimum day count and no consistency rule in the evaluation, so it can be passed in a day. The funded account has a 40% consistency rule and on-demand payouts above a $2,100 buffer.
Daily has the same target, drawdown, daily loss and contracts on 50K, adds 40% consistency in the evaluation and drops it when funded. Funded payouts can be taken daily, up to $1,100 a day on 50K.
Instant skips the evaluation: 25K to 150K, a $2,000 end-of-day drawdown on 50K, a $1,250 soft daily loss, 4 minis, and 20% consistency at every payout.
None of these has a monthly or activation fee. The help center does not print purchase prices, and the futures landing page showed placeholders when checked, so check checkout. The help center also has a Beginner account article (target $3,000, $2,500 drawdown, 100% split on 50K) next to several pages marked as old; confirm it is still sold. AquaFunded's forex accounts are on the AquaFunded rules page.
Rules that end the account
Payout rules
All plans pay 90% (Beginner 100%), process within 24 business hours and pay by Rise or crypto. Consistency only blocks a payout; it never breaches.
- Standard funded: on demand once the balance is above $52,100. $500 minimum. Caps on 50K: $2,000 for the first payout, $2,500 after. Best day 40% or less.
- Daily funded: daily above $52,100, up to $1,100 a day on 50K. After the second payout you need $550 of new net profit between payouts. No consistency rule.
- Instant: $3,000 of profit for the first payout on 50K and $2,500 for each after, best day 20% or less each time. On demand, $500 minimum, $2,000 cap. The target and consistency reset after each payout.
- The help center lists both a $500 minimum payout and a $100 minimum for crypto withdrawals on Standard and Daily. Plan on $500.
News and trading hours
News trading is allowed on Standard, Daily and Instant. AquaFutures says it may restrict trading around Tier-1 releases depending on conditions, without giving a fixed window.
The rules articles do not state a daily flat-by time or a weekend rule, and strategies that exploit overnight gaps are prohibited. Confirm the close time in your dashboard before you hold a position into the session break.
Worked example on a 50K
On a Daily 50K evaluation you start with a $48,000 floor and a $1,000 soft daily limit. You close day 1 at $51,000 (floor $49,000) and day 2 at $52,100, which locks the floor at $50,100. Your best day was $1,100 of $2,100, so you keep going. Day 3 closes at $53,000: $3,000 total, best day about 37%. You pass.
On the funded Daily account, a $53,000 balance is $900 above the $52,100 threshold, so you can withdraw $900, under the $1,100 daily cap, and keep $810. The floor stays at $50,100.
How Proof tracks it
Proof's AquaFutures presets run an end-of-day floor on closed balance that locks at $50,100 and show the soft daily limit beside it. Risk Guard sizes contracts against the fixed limit.
Proof checks your best day against 40% or 20%, shows the $52,100 payout threshold and your cap, tracks the new-profit requirement on Daily accounts and flags trades held under 10 seconds. Proof warns and tracks; it does not close trades at your broker.
Proof tracks every AquaFutures rule for you
The AquaFutures presets lock the end-of-day floor at $50,100, show the soft daily limit, check 40% or 20% consistency, show the payout threshold and cap, and flag trades held under 10 seconds.
See how Proof does itFrequently asked questions
Is the AquaFutures drawdown trailing?
Yes, end-of-day trailing on closed balance. On a Standard or Daily 50K it is $2,000 and locks at $50,100 once you close at $52,100 or take a payout.
Does AquaFutures have a daily loss limit?
Yes, and it is soft: $1,000 on Standard and Daily 50K, $1,250 on Instant 50K. Hitting it closes positions and disables the account for the rest of the day.
What is the AquaFutures consistency rule?
Standard funded and the Daily evaluation use 40%, Instant uses 20% at every payout, and the Standard evaluation and Daily funded accounts have none. It blocks the payout or pass but does not breach.
Can I trade news on AquaFutures?
Yes. News trading is allowed on Standard, Daily and Instant, though AquaFutures may restrict trading around major releases.
How much can I withdraw from an AquaFutures 50K?
Standard funded: up to $2,000 on the first payout and $2,500 after, above $52,100. Daily funded: up to $1,100 a day. Instant: up to $2,000 after the profit target.
