This policy explains what Proof collects and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your email and login.
- Your journal: trades, accounts, notes, check-ins, routine and settings you enter or import.
- Purchase details: handled by the payment provider you choose (for example Stripe, PayPal or Lemon Squeezy). We receive confirmation and your email, not your full card number.
- Basic usage logs: logins and errors, to keep the service running and as proof of delivery.
How it's used
To run Proof for you: show your stats, run projections, sync between your devices and answer your Vera questions. We don't sell your data, and we don't share your journal with prop firms, brokers or advertisers.
Vera
When you ask Vera something, the relevant journal data and your question are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the answer. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models. We count how many Vera credits you use each month so your allowance works.
Where it's stored
Proof uses Supabase for your account and journal data, and Cloudflare to serve the app.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing support.
Template, not legal advice. Depending on where you and your customers are (for example the EU or California), extra privacy rules may apply.
