FXIFY Rules Explained (2026)

FXIFY's two instant-funded programs look loose on paper and are not. Here is each rule with the numbers on a $50,000 Instant Funding account and a $10,000 Lite account, plus the evaluations in brief. Checked against FXIFY's FAQ pages in October 2026; confirm in your dashboard.

Overview: Instant Funding, Lite and the evaluations

Instant Funding gives you a funded account on day one with no profit target. The daily drawdown is 8% and the max trailing drawdown is 8%. The default split is 80%, with a 90% add-on at checkout. You can hold one active Standard Instant account at a time. A third-party price list checked in September 2026 showed sizes from $1K at $69 to $100K at $4,249, with $50K at $1,749; FXIFY does not print prices on its FAQ pages, so check the order form.

Instant Funding Lite is the cheaper version: 3% daily loss, 4% trailing drawdown, no profit target, no scaling, no retries or resets, and up to 5 accounts (one per size). Split is 80% by default, 90% with the add-on. The same September 2026 price list showed $2.5K at $19 up to $50K at $289, with $10K at $89. Crypto is not available on Lite.

The evaluations (One Phase, Two Phase Standard, Two Phase Classic, Two Phase Pro and Three Phase) each have their own targets and limits. As one example, the One Phase asks for 10% with a 3% daily loss and a 6% trailing max loss; the Three Phase asks 5% per phase with 5% daily and 5% static. Prices and limits change by program, so this page keeps to the instant accounts.

On every FXIFY program the max drawdown locks at your starting balance once a payout is processed, whatever buffer your profits had built.

Rules that end the account

Both instant programs have two hard limits and three conduct rules that terminate the account. Lite's FAQ is explicit that the daily loss is a hard breach, not a warning.

Daily loss
Instant Funding: 8% of the previous day's closing balance. On a $50K account that ended yesterday at $50,000 the floor today is $46,000; if yesterday closed at $52,500 the floor is $48,300. Lite: 3% daily loss, hard breach. On $10K that is $300 of room.
Max loss
Instant Funding: 8% below your High Water Mark, which FXIFY bases on closed balance; the breach test uses equity or balance. On $50K the floor starts at $46,000, sits at $50,000 once the HWM reaches $54,000, and then locks there for good. Lite: 4% trailing with the same lock; on $10K the floor starts at $9,600 and locks at $10,000. On both, a processed payout locks the floor at the starting balance immediately.
Open risk
No stated open-risk cap on either program. Your effective cap is the gap to the nearer floor, which on Lite is small: $300 to the daily floor on $10K.
News
Lite: no trades or orders may be placed 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after a high-impact event (FXIFY FAQ). Instant Funding: FXIFY's program listings say news trading is not allowed; our notes and the Lite FAQ both put the window at 5 minutes each side, and profit from trades inside it does not count. Confirm the exact window for Instant Funding in your dashboard.
Weekend/overnight
Neither program allows weekend holds. Positions are closed before the weekend; the FAQ says all positions must be closed before 3:45 on Friday (the time zone is cut off in the FAQ preview, so check your platform clock). Weekday overnight holds are allowed.
Consistency
Instant Funding: none. Lite: 20% rule on the funded account, meaning no single day can be more than 20% of the profit in a payout request (from our notes and a third-party check; the FXIFY FAQ confirms a consistency rule exists on Lite without printing the percentage).
Other
No EAs, bots or copy traders on either instant program, and on Lite no copying even from your own other FXIFY accounts. Lite breaches after 60 calendar days with no trading. Lite leverage: forex 50:1, commodities 20:1, indices 15:1, stocks 2:1, with some pairs fixed at 1:10. One profile per person.

Rules that block payouts

  • Lite needs 5 trading days and 10 calendar days from the first trade before the first payout request, then the FAQ-stated cycle continues from there (our notes and a third-party check put it at every 10 days).
  • Instant Funding pays on a 14-day cycle after the first trade (our notes and a third-party check; FXIFY's own payout FAQ pages do not print the cycle). Minimum withdrawal on every FXIFY account is $50.
  • Lite's 20% consistency blocks a request when one day carries more than a fifth of the profit. A $400 best day needs $2,000 of profit before you can ask.
  • KYC, the trader contract and the payment-provider sign-up must all be done before the first request; FXIFY lists them as the payout criteria.
  • No fee refund with the first withdrawal on either instant program.
  • A payout locks the drawdown at the starting balance. If you withdraw everything above $50,000 and then open a trade, the first red tick is measured against a $50,000 floor with no buffer. FXIFY warns about this in the drawdown FAQ.

Easy to miss

  • The daily floor is set from yesterday's close, so a losing day lowers tomorrow's floor. On $50K, close at $47,000 and tomorrow's daily floor is $43,240, but the trailing max-loss floor is still $46,000. The max loss wins.
  • Instant Funding's floor trails closed balance but breaches on equity. A partial close at a new high raises the floor; an open loser can then hit it.
  • Lite has no second chances. No retries, no resets, no scaling. A 3% day on $10K ($300) is the end of a $89 account.
  • Friday close is early. The FAQ gives 3:45 as the cutoff; do not assume New York 5pm.
  • No trailing lock until 8% (or 4%) of profit. Until the HWM is 8% above start, every new high moves the floor up under you.
  • Copy trading between your own FXIFY accounts is allowed on evaluations but not on Lite. Running the same trades across an evaluation and a Lite account by copier breaches the Lite account.

How to track it

Each evening, write the closing balance and compute two numbers for tomorrow: the daily floor (close minus 8% on Instant Funding, minus 3% on Lite) and the trailing floor (High Water Mark minus 8% or 4%, capped at the start balance, or the start balance itself after any payout). The higher of the two is your real floor; size every stop against the gap to it.

Keep a news list with a 5-minute block on each side of every high-impact event for the markets you trade, and a Friday reminder set well before the 3:45 cutoff. On Lite, add a daily profit log and check your best day against 20% of the running total before each payout request; also count the trading days toward the 5-day minimum.

The drawdown calculator handles the previous-day-balance daily rule and the locking trail for any size, and the payout date calculator counts the 10-day and 14-day cycles from your first trade.

Frequently asked questions

What is the FXIFY Instant Funding drawdown?

8% daily, based on the previous day's closing balance, and 8% max trailing drawdown below your High Water Mark. The trailing floor locks at the starting balance once you are 8% up, and locks there immediately after any payout.

What are the FXIFY Instant Funding Lite rules?

3% daily loss (hard breach), 4% trailing max drawdown that locks at the starting balance, no profit target, no news trades within 5 minutes of high-impact events, no weekend holds, no EAs or copy trading, a 20% consistency rule and 5 trading days before the first payout.

Can I trade news on FXIFY?

Not on the instant programs. Lite's FAQ bars any trade or order 5 minutes before or after a high-impact event; FXIFY lists news trading as not allowed on Instant Funding too. Confirm the exact window for your program in the dashboard.

How often does FXIFY pay out on Instant Funding?

Every 14 days after the first trade on Instant Funding and after 5 trading days plus 10 calendar days on Lite, then on a 10-day cycle. The minimum withdrawal is $50, and a payout locks the drawdown at your starting balance.

Can I hold trades over the weekend on FXIFY Instant Funding?

No. Weekend holding is not allowed on Instant Funding or Lite; positions must be closed before the Friday cutoff the FAQ gives as 3:45. Weekday overnight holds are fine.
