Overview: Zero and the evaluations
FundingPips Zero is a Master Account with no evaluation. Sizes are $5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, $100K and $200K. The split is 95% and rewards run every 14 calendar days after the first trade. FundingPips does not print Zero prices on its help pages, so check the order form.
The evaluations come in several shapes. The 2 Step Standard asks for 8% in Phase 1 and 5% in Phase 2, with a 3% or 5% daily loss (chosen at purchase) and a static 10% max loss. The 1 Step Flex asks for 12% with a 2% or 3% daily loss and a static 12% max loss. Both have no time limit; the 2 Step Standard needs 3 trading days unless you bought the 3% daily add-on. Evaluation Master accounts choose a reward cycle at purchase: weekly at 60%, bi-weekly at 80% or monthly at 100%.
Everything below is measured against the Master Account size (the starting balance) and uses Platform Time, which is UTC+3. The daily reset at 00:00 Platform Time is 4pm Central during US daylight time and 3pm in winter.
Rules that end the account
FundingPips calls these hard breaches. Touching any one of them, even for a second, closes the account; recovering afterward does not undo it.
Rules that block payouts
A Zero reward request needs all of these at once. Any one missing pushes the request to the next cycle.
- Consistency at or under 15%. Biggest winning day divided by total profit. A $1,500 best day needs $10,000 of total profit.
- 7 profitable days per rolling 30-day period, each closing at least 0.25% of account size in net profit ($250 on $100K). The window starts at your first trade.
- The first 3% of profit stays. On $100K the first $3,000 is a cushion you cannot withdraw; rewards come from profit above it.
- Biggest losing trade no bigger than biggest winning trade. One oversized loss blocks the cycle until a larger winner exists.
- Minimum request is 1% of account size ($1,000 on $100K), including the split. Cycle is every 14 calendar days from the first executed trade.
- Evaluation Master accounts on the monthly 100% cycle also need 7 profitable days of 0.5% and a 35% consistency score; both reset after each reward.
Easy to miss
- The 1% open-risk cap is the tightest rule on the account. Two trades each risking 0.6% breach it together even if the daily limit has $3,000 of room.
- Our own earlier notes listed the trade-idea cap as a flat 3%. FundingPips' Zero page says 3% below $50K and 2% from $50K up, so on $100K the cap is $2,000. We use the firm's number.
- Holding through news is a breach on Zero. Most firms only remove profit. Here a position that was open an hour before the release and is still open 9 minutes before it ends the account.
- The max-loss floor follows equity, not balance. An unrealized high raises the floor; nothing ever lowers it.
- A reward does not reset the floor. Withdraw $4,000 from a $105,000 balance and you sit $1,000 above a locked $100,000 floor.
- Reset discount is listed as 20% in one place and 7% in the FAQ. Ask support which applies before paying.
How to track it
Keep three floors on the screen: the daily floor (the higher of balance or equity at 00:00 UTC+3, minus 3% of size), the trailing max-loss floor (highest equity minus 5% of size, capped at the starting balance) and the 1% open-risk line. Before every entry, add the new stop to the open stops you already have and check the total against $1,000 on $100K.
Keep a second list for rewards: profitable days in the current 30-day window, best day as a share of total profit, biggest win and biggest loss. Update it at the close of each day so you know whether the next 14-day date is live.
For news, mark every Restricted event from the dashboard calendar with a 10-minute block on each side and a hard rule to be flat before it, not just to avoid clicking. Close everything before Friday's close, every week, on every instrument. The drawdown calculator gives the floors for any size, and the consistency rule calculator shows how much more profit the 15% rule needs.

The FundingPips preset holds the UTC+3 daily reset, the equity-trailing floor that locks at breakeven, the 1% open-risk cap across all positions, the 15% consistency score and the 7-day count in one view, with the 10-minute news blocks on your calendar.

What is the FundingPips Zero daily loss limit?
3% of the Master Account size, measured from the higher of opening balance or opening equity, reset at 00:00 Platform Time (UTC+3). On $100K that is $3,000 and floating losses count. Touching it is a hard breach.
How does the FundingPips 5% max loss work?
It trails your highest equity by 5% of account size, never moves down, and locks at the starting balance once you are 5% in profit. It does not reset after a reward.
Can I trade news on FundingPips Zero?
No. From 10 minutes before to 10 minutes after a Restricted high-impact event on that currency you cannot open, close or hold a position. Holding through it closes the account. Evaluation Master accounts use a 5-minute window where only profit is removed.
What are the FundingPips payout rules?
Every 14 calendar days after the first trade, 95% split on Zero, with four conditions: best day at or under 15% of total profit, 7 profitable days of at least 0.25% in the rolling 30 days, the first 3% of profit kept as a cushion, and no losing trade bigger than your biggest winner.
Does FundingPips allow weekend holding?
Not on Zero: any position open into the weekend ends the account, including crypto. On evaluation Master accounts it is an add-on bought at checkout; otherwise positions auto-close before the weekend.
