Prop firm rulesUProfit Rules Explained (2026)
UProfit sells its futures evaluations as DAY 2.0 Soft and Flex, followed by a Live Virtual funded stage. Here is each rule with the numbers on a 50K. Rules were checked against UProfit's published help center pages in October 2026; confirm in your dashboard before you trade.

Overview: DAY 2.0 Soft, Flex and Live Virtual
Soft is a monthly evaluation with a soft daily loss limit. On the 50K the target is $3,000, the end-of-day drawdown is $2,000, the daily loss is $1,100 and the contract limit is 3 minis or 30 micros. Sizes are 10K, 50K, 100K and 150K. UProfit's plan page shows two monthly prices per size, $130 and $78 on the 50K; the lower one appears to be a discount, so check checkout.
Flex has the same target, drawdown and contracts but no daily loss limit, for a slightly higher price ($147 or $88 on the 50K as displayed). UProfit's help center has no Flex-specific article, so its funded stage is assumed to match Soft.
There is no time limit and no minimum day count. You pass by hitting the target with your best day at or below 50% of total profit. You then move to the Live Virtual account, which on Soft has a $0 activation fee and pays 90%.
All accounts close at 4:10pm ET (3:10pm CT) every day. Holding between sessions is not allowed.
Rules that end the account
The drawdown is the hard limit. The daily loss only stops you for the session. On Live Virtual, contract scaling and inactivity are also breaches.
Payout rules
Payouts come from the Live Virtual account. Consistency here blocks payouts; it does not breach.
- 3 profitable days per withdrawal request, consecutive or not. No minimum profit per day is stated.
- 40% consistency: your best day must be under 40% of profit since the last withdrawal. It resets after each request.
- SafetyNet: $2,500 on the 50K is added on top of the start and cannot be withdrawn. Only profit above $52,500 is payable.
- Cap per request: 3% of the starting balance, $1,500 on 50K, of which you receive $1,350 at the 90% split.
- Six withdrawals maximum. The account closes after the sixth.
- Processing: within 24 business hours after the 5pm ET close. If the balance drops below the eligible amount first, the request is canceled.
- UProfit's plan page states a higher cap of $4,500 per request and $24,000 per account; that matches the 150K figures, not the 50K. The help center figures above are the ones Proof uses.
News and trading hours
UProfit's help center sets no news window on DAY 2.0 accounts. Slippage around releases still counts toward the daily loss and the drawdown.
The trading week opens Sunday 6pm ET. Monday to Thursday the session closes at 4:10pm ET and reopens at 6pm ET; the week closes Friday at 4:10pm ET. Anything still open at 4:10pm ET is closed automatically at a profit or a loss.
Worked example on a 50K
On a Soft 50K evaluation you start with a $48,000 floor and a $1,100 daily limit. You close day 1 at $51,200; the floor rises to $49,200. Day 2 closes at $52,000, so the floor would be $50,000 and stops there. From now on the floor never moves.
Your best day was $1,200. To pass you need total profit of at least $2,400 for 50% consistency, and the $3,000 target, so $3,000 it is. On Live Virtual, after 3 profitable days and a balance of $53,200, you can withdraw the profit above $52,500, which is $700, provided your best day is under 40% of the profit since the last request. You would receive $630.
How Proof tracks it
Proof's UProfit preset runs an end-of-day floor that stops at your start balance and checks it against live equity, because the breach can happen intraday. Risk Guard shows the room to the soft daily limit and the floor, whichever is nearer, and sizes contracts against the Live Virtual scaling tier.
For payouts Proof counts profitable days, checks your best day against 50% or 40%, shows the SafetyNet threshold and the $1,500 cap, counts withdrawals toward six and flags a week with no completed trade. A close alarm fires before 4:10pm ET. Proof warns and tracks; it does not close trades at your broker.
Proof tracks every UProfit rule for you
The UProfit preset stops the end-of-day floor at your start balance, shows the soft daily limit beside it, checks consistency at 50% or 40%, counts profitable days and withdrawals, and reminds you to be flat by 4:10pm ET.

Is the UProfit drawdown trailing or static?
End-of-day trailing. On a 50K it starts at $48,000, rises with the highest closing balance and stops at $50,000. It is enforced intraday, including on open trades.
Does UProfit have a daily loss limit?
Soft accounts do: $1,100 on 50K. It locks trading until the next session but does not breach the account. Flex accounts have no daily loss limit.
What is the UProfit consistency rule?
Your best day must not exceed 50% of total profit to pass the evaluation and must stay under 40% of profit since the last withdrawal to get paid on Live Virtual.
How much can I withdraw from a UProfit 50K?
Up to $1,500 per request, only from profit above the $52,500 SafetyNet threshold, after 3 profitable days. You keep 90%. The account closes after six withdrawals.
What time does UProfit close positions?
4:10pm ET (3:10pm CT) Monday to Friday. Open positions are closed automatically at that time, and holding between sessions is not allowed.
