Overview: evaluations and instant accounts

FundedSquad sells evaluations and instant accounts. The 1-Step Pro asks 10% over at least 3 days and costs $129 for $5,000 up to $2,099 for $200,000. The 2 Step Fast asks 6% and 6% from $79, and the 2 Step Squad asks 8% then 6%. The instant line is Instant Lite ($199 for $10,000 and $629 for $50,000 on the firm's May 2026 price list), Instant Pro and Instant Flex. The Instant Rapid account was discontinued in September.

Splits vary: 80% on 1-Step Pro and Lite (100% with an add-on), 70% on Instant Pro and Flex (90% on Flex with an add-on). Evaluation fees are described as refundable; Instant Pro and Lite bought from 31 August 2026 get no refund.

Rules that end the account

The daily limit is a percentage of the higher of balance or equity at 00:00 UTC, which is 7pm CT in US summer time and 6pm CT in winter. Open profit at midnight raises the base.

Daily loss
3% on 1-Step Pro and every instant account, 4% on 2 Step Fast, 5% on 2 Step Squad. On $50,000 with $52,000 equity at the reset, a 4% limit is $2,080 and the floor is $49,920.
Max loss
Static on 1-Step Pro (10% in evaluation, 6% funded), 2 Step Fast (8%), 2 Step Squad (12%), Instant Pro (6%) and Instant Flex (5%). Instant Lite trails 6%; the trailing mechanics are not published.
Floating loss
Instant Pro: combined open losses reaching -1.5% of the initial balance close the account. Instant Flex: open losses reaching 1% of the initial size close your positions and cut the split to 30%; the second time is a breach.
2-minute rule
Instant Pro applies a 2-minute rule; an add-on removes it on accounts up to $10,000.
Leverage
1:100 on the 2 Step evaluations, 1:30 on 1-Step Pro, 1:50 on Lite and Flex, 1:20 on Instant Pro.

Payout rules

  • 1-Step Pro and Instant Lite: on demand, with no consistency rule. Lite has no withdrawal threshold.
  • Instant Pro: every 5 days, minimum $100, after 5 valid days of at least 0.5% profit on the initial balance.
  • Instant Flex: on demand, up to 4% per payout, minimum $100, after 4 valid days of at least 0.5%.
  • 2 Step accounts: weekly reward cycle. Squad accounts can scale by 50% of the starting balance each 3-month cycle with 10% profit and 2 profitable months out of 3.

News and weekend

News trading is allowed in the 1-Step Pro evaluation but not on the funded account. Instant Flex without the News add-on must be flat at least 5 minutes before high-impact news, hold nothing during it and wait 5 minutes after; a violation on a funded account is a hard breach. FundedSquad does not publish the news rule for the other programs, so check your dashboard.

Weekend holding is allowed in the 1-Step Pro evaluation. Funded 1-Step Pro, Instant Pro and Instant Flex need the Weekend add-on.

Worked example: $50,000 1-Step Pro

The target is $5,000 and the evaluation floor is $45,000. If you end a day at $50,800 balance and $51,200 equity, the next daily limit is 3% of $51,200, so $1,536, and the floor is $49,664.

Once funded, the max loss tightens to 6%, so the floor is $47,000, weekend holding needs the add-on, and you can request a payout on demand at 80%.

How Proof tracks it

Pick the FundedSquad preset. Proof sets the 00:00 UTC reset in your local time from the higher of balance or equity, keeps each program's static or trailing floor, warns at the 1% or 1.5% floating-loss line on instant accounts, marks Flex news windows, and counts valid 0.5% days before a payout. The drawdown calculator and payout date calculator work the same numbers by hand.

In Proof

Proof tracks every FundedSquad rule for you

The FundedSquad presets carry the 00:00 UTC reset from the higher of balance or equity, static and trailing floors, the floating-loss warnings, Flex news windows and the valid-day count.
