Prop firm rulesFundedNext Futures Rules Explained (2026)
FundedNext's futures side sells Flex, Rapid Pro, Rapid Daily and a straight-to-funded Direct account. All use an end-of-day trailing drawdown that locks at $100 above the start; daily loss, consistency and payout rules change by plan. Here are the numbers on a 50K. Rules were checked against FundedNext Futures' published pages in October 2026; confirm in your dashboard before you trade.

Overview: Flex, Rapid Pro, Rapid Daily and Direct
Flex is a one-time challenge in 50K, 100K and 150K. The 50K needs $2,500 with a $1,500 end-of-day drawdown, no daily loss limit, 3 minis or 30 micros and a 40% consistency rule. List price is $141.99; a promotional price ($74.99 at the time of checking) is usually shown. The funded account pays 95%.
Rapid Pro and Rapid Daily are one-time challenges in 25K, 50K and 100K that can be passed in a day with no consistency rule. The 50K needs $3,000 with a $2,000 drawdown and 4 minis or 40 micros. Rapid Daily adds a $1,000 soft daily loss and pays daily; Rapid Pro has no daily loss and pays every 3 days. List price on 50K is $299.98, usually shown discounted. Both pay 90%.
Direct is a $50K funded account with no challenge: $2,000 drawdown, $1,000 soft daily loss, 3 minis and a 20% perpetual consistency rule, at a list price of $283.99. FundedNext's help center still has Legacy articles, but Legacy is not on the current futures product pages.
Rules that end the account
The Maximum Loss Limit is the hard breach on every plan. The daily loss limit, where it exists, only stops you for the day.
Payout rules
Every funded account concludes after the fifth Performance Reward.
- Flex funded: 5 Benchmark Days of $200 or more and $500 of cycle profit before each request. Withdraw up to 50% of profit, $250 minimum, capped at $1,500 on 50K. No consistency rule. 95% split.
- Rapid Pro funded: every 3 days with $500 of cycle profit and your best day at 40% or less of total profit. $250 minimum, $1,200 cap on 50K. 90%.
- Rapid Daily funded: daily, once the end-of-day balance reaches the $52,100 buffer level; only profit above it is withdrawable. $250 minimum, $1,200 cap. No consistency rule. 90%.
- Direct: once per cycle after clearing a $2,100 buffer, with your all-time best day at 20% or less of cycle profit. $800 minimum, $1,200 maximum. 90%.
- Micro-scalping: if 40% or more of a cycle's profit comes from trades closed within 10 seconds, that profit is deducted (30% gets a warning). It never ends the account.
- Placing a trade on a day removes that day's transfer-to-wallet option, so request at the end of a day you did not trade.
News and trading hours
FundedNext lists news trading as allowed on Flex and Rapid. The Direct rules article does not address it; check the prohibited strategies article in your dashboard.
The trading day runs 5:00pm CT to 3:10pm CT. All positions must be closed by 3:10pm CT and are auto-closed if still open. Repeatedly forcing trades after the close can still breach the account. On holiday early closes, auto-close may not run, so close positions yourself.
Worked example on a 50K
On a Rapid Daily 50K you start with a floor of $48,000 and a $1,000 daily limit. You close day 1 at $51,300, so the floor rises to $49,300 and the daily level trails to $50,300 for day 2. Day 2 closes at $52,200; the floor would be $50,200, so it locks at $50,100. You have passed: $3,000 is reached.
On the funded account a closing balance of $52,600 clears the $52,100 buffer level, so with at least $500 of cycle profit you can withdraw $500 and keep $450. On a Flex funded 50K instead, $2,000 of profit after 5 Benchmark Days lets you take 50%, $1,000, and keep $950.
How Proof tracks it
Proof's FundedNext Futures presets run an end-of-day floor that locks at $50,100 and check it against live equity, because a floating loss can breach. Risk Guard shows the soft daily limit on Rapid Daily and Direct and sizes contracts against the fixed limit.
Proof counts $200 Benchmark Days on Flex, checks your best day against 40% or the 20% perpetual rule, shows the Rapid Daily buffer level and the cap per cycle, counts rewards toward five and flags sub-10-second trades. A close alarm fires before 3:10pm CT. Proof warns and tracks; it does not close trades at your broker.
Proof tracks every FundedNext Futures rule for you
The FundedNext Futures presets lock the end-of-day floor at $50,100, show the soft daily limit, count Benchmark Days, check 40% or 20% consistency, track buffers, caps and the five-reward limit, and remind you to be flat by 3:10pm CT.

Does the FundedNext Futures drawdown lock?

Does FundedNext Futures have a daily loss limit?
Rapid Daily and Direct do: $1,000 on 50K, a soft breach that stops you for the day. Flex has none, and Rapid Pro has none unless you buy the add-on.
What time must I close trades at FundedNext Futures?
3:10pm CT every trading day. Open positions are closed automatically, and overnight and weekend holding is not allowed.
What is the FundedNext Futures consistency rule?
40% in the Flex challenge (it raises the target) and on Rapid Pro funded payouts. Direct uses a 20% perpetual rule. Rapid Daily and Flex funded have none.
How many payouts can I take from a FundedNext Futures account?
