Prop firm rulesMy Funded Futures Rules Explained (2026)
My Funded Futures sells four plans with the same $2,000 drawdown on a 50K and very different rules around it. Here is each one, evaluation to sim funded. Rules were checked against My Funded Futures' published plan pages and help center in October 2026; confirm in your dashboard before you trade.

Overview: Rapid, Rapid EOD, Pro and Builder
Every plan is a one-time evaluation fee with no renewals and no activation fee. The plan pages show promotional starting prices rather than a price per size, so take the figure from checkout. All evaluations use a 6% target: $3,000 on the 50K.
Rapid has an end-of-day $2,000 limit in the evaluation, 5 minis or 50 micros, a 50% consistency rule and a 2-day minimum. Once funded, the drawdown becomes intraday trailing and payouts are daily at 90%.
Rapid EOD (25K and 50K, sold as limited-time) keeps end-of-day trailing in the funded stage too, in exchange for a 30% consistency rule, a 4-day minimum and 3 minis or 30 micros.
Pro uses end-of-day trailing in both stages, pays 80% every 14 days, and locks the floor at $50,100 after the first payout. Builder is the only plan with a daily loss limit, a $1,000 soft pause on 50K, and has no evaluation consistency rule but a 50% rule on payouts.
Rules that end the account
The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) is the rule that closes accounts. Funded accounts start at a $0 balance, so the floor starts at -$2,000 on a 50K.
Payout rules
Every funded plan makes you clear a buffer before the first request: $2,100 on a 50K, which is the drawdown plus $100.
- Rapid and Rapid EOD: first request 24 hours after the first trade, then every 24 hours. $500 minimum, 90/10 split, no consistency rule, no stated cap per request. On Rapid EOD each later payout needs $500 of new net profit.
- Pro: one request every 14 calendar days from the first trade, $1,000 minimum, 80/20. A one-time withdrawal of up to 60% of profit is allowed before the buffer is cleared. Sim funded payouts are capped at $100,000 per user.
- Builder: every 48 hours, $500 minimum and $2,000 maximum per cycle on 50K, 80/20, at least 2 trading days per cycle, and your largest day must be 50% or less of the cycle's profit. After the 5th sim payout the account moves to live.
- Evaluation consistency does not fail you. Going over 50% (or 30% on Rapid EOD) means you keep trading more days until the share falls.
News and trading hours
Tier 1 news trading is allowed in every evaluation. In Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro sim funded accounts it is not allowed; the Rapid plan FAQ gives the window as 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after the release. Builder allows news in both stages.
No plan allows overnight positions. The plan pages say positions must be closed before the daily session close without printing a time, so set your own flat-by alarm a few minutes before the CME close.
Worked example on a 50K
You pass a Rapid 50K and start the sim funded account at $0. The floor is -$2,000. A trade runs to +$700 open profit and you close it at +$300. On Rapid's intraday trailing the floor is now -$1,300, set by the $700 peak, not the $300 close. On Rapid EOD the same day would leave the floor at -$1,700, because only the $300 close counts.
Keep going to a $2,100 peak and the floor reaches $100 and locks there. That is also the buffer. Grow the balance to $2,600 and a $500 request is possible, 90% of it yours. Every dollar you withdraw comes out of the cushion above the fixed $100 floor, so after paying out down to $2,100 you are back to $2,000 of room.
On Pro the floor would also lock, but at $50,100 after the first payout, and you would wait 14 days from the first trade to ask.
How Proof tracks it
Proof has presets for each plan's drawdown: intraday trailing for Rapid funded, end-of-day for Rapid EOD and Pro, and the $100 lock. Risk Guard shows live room to the floor and sizes contracts so a full stop cannot cross it.
For payouts, Proof tracks progress to the $2,100 buffer, the minimum request, Builder's 50% cycle consistency and 2-day count, and Pro's 14-day clock. The news calendar blocks Tier 1 releases on funded accounts, and the Builder soft pause is shown beside the max loss so you see the nearer line. Proof warns and tracks; it does not close trades at your broker.
Proof tracks every My Funded Futures rule for you
The My Funded Futures presets run the right drawdown for each plan and stage, lock it at $100 or $50,100, track the $2,100 buffer, minimum requests, Builder's 50% cycle rule and soft daily pause, and block Tier 1 news on funded accounts.
