FXIFY Futures Rules Explained (2026)

FXIFY's futures arm sells two plans: the Flex evaluation and the Direct instant account. Both use an end-of-day trailing drawdown that locks at the starting balance. Here is each rule with the numbers on a 50K. Rules were checked against FXIFY Futures' published FAQ pages in October 2026; confirm in your dashboard before you trade.

Overview: Flex and Direct

Flex is a one-time evaluation in 50K ($179), 100K ($299) and 150K ($449). The 50K needs $3,000 (6%) in at least 2 trading days, with a $1,750 end-of-day trailing drawdown (3.5%), a $1,000 soft daily loss (2%), 3 minis or 30 micros and 50% consistency. A failed Flex can be reset for $89 on the 50K. The funded stage keeps the same limits, adds 40% consistency for payouts and pays 90%.

Direct skips the evaluation. It comes in 25K ($395), 50K ($579), 100K ($779) and 150K ($959). The 50K has the same drawdown, daily loss and contract limit as Flex, a $3,000 profit goal before the first payout and a 25% consistency rule. A breached Direct account cannot be reset.

You can hold up to 5 accounts across evaluation and funded. This page covers the futures programs only; FXIFY's forex accounts are on the FXIFY rules page.

Rules that end the account

Max loss
End-of-day trailing from the highest closing balance. On 50K it starts at $48,250. Close at $51,000 and it moves to $49,250; a lower close leaves it there. It stops trailing at $50,000 once the balance reaches $51,750, or as soon as a payout is processed, and stays there for the life of the account. A balance at or below it closes positions and deactivates the account.
Daily loss
2% on 50K ($1,000), a soft breach: the account goes read-only for the rest of the trading day and trading resumes the next day. Direct 25K has none; Direct 150K is 1.7% ($2,500).
Contracts
3 minis or 30 micros on 50K, 6/60 on 100K, 10/100 on 150K, 2/20 on Direct 25K.
After a breach
Flex evaluation: buy a reset ($89, $149 or $209 by size) for a fresh start. Flex funded and Direct: closed permanently.

Payout rules

Consistency at FXIFY Futures never fails an account. If a day is too large, you keep trading until it falls under the limit.

  • Flex funded: 5 winning days per request, each $150 or more on 50K ($200 on 100K, $250 on 150K). Request up to 50% of returns since the last payout, $500 minimum, $2,000 cap on 50K. No day above 40% of returns since the last payout; this resets after each request.
  • Direct: reach the profit goal first ($3,000 on 50K), then request any time. $500 minimum, $2,000 maximum per request on 50K. No day above 25% of total returns at the time of the request.
  • Split: 90% on both plans; Flex offers a 100% add-on at checkout.
  • After the first payout the drawdown is fixed at the starting balance. Whatever profit you leave in becomes your only cushion.
  • Requests are processed within 2 business days.

News and trading hours

FXIFY Futures' FAQ pages do not set a news window. Check your dashboard before trading a major release.

All trades must be closed by 4:59pm ET (3:59pm CT) every day. The system auto-closes anything still open, so there is no overnight or weekend holding.

Worked example on a 50K

On a Flex 50K you start with a floor of $48,250 and a $1,000 daily limit. Day 1 closes at $51,000, so the floor moves to $49,250. Day 2 closes at $51,800; the balance has passed $51,750, so the floor locks at $50,000. Your best day was $1,000 of $1,800, more than 50%, so you keep trading. Day 3 closes at $53,000: $3,000 total, and the best day is now $1,200, 40%. You pass.

On the funded account, after 5 winning days of $150 or more with $3,000 of returns and no day over $1,200 (40%), you can request 50%, $1,500, and keep $1,350. The floor stays at $50,000.

How Proof tracks it

Proof's FXIFY Futures presets run an end-of-day floor that locks at the start balance at $51,750 or at the first payout, whichever comes first. Risk Guard shows the room to the floor and to the soft 2% daily limit, whichever is nearer.

Proof counts winning days at the right minimum for your size, checks your best day against 50%, 40% or 25%, shows the 50% payout cap and the dollar cap, and sets a close alarm before 4:59pm ET. Proof warns and tracks; it does not close trades at your broker.
